Bus to Parque Ambue Ari

What is the bus schedule for the following routes?

Santa Cruz to Parque Ambue Ari (closest major town is Ascención de Guarayos) &

Santa Cruz to Ascención de Guarayos during the day and from Guarayos there are lots of buses that will take you the 45 minutes out to the park

I was told "Transportes del Oriente" is one of the companies that go direct to the park, is this true?
